GROUP WORK
Committed to Enriching the Lives of Children
By creating a supportive, positive and non-threatening environment, the workshops aim to help students develop their social and emotional skills, increase their confidence and self-esteem, and improve their ability to work effectively with others.
The workshops are delivered by experienced facilitators and cover a range of topics, including communication skills, teamwork, conflict resolution, and goal setting.
The goal is to provide students with the tools and skills they need to succeed both in school and in life.
Snapcheck staff undergo thorough background checks and interviews and receive an equally rigorous induction and training program to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to effectively support and work with students.
The aim is to provide a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment where students feel valued, respected, and encouraged to succeed.
KEY STAGE 2
EMOTIONS MANAGEMENT
Making a Difference One Child at a Time
The Emotions Management programme helps students identify and understand their own emotions, as well as how to manage their emotions in a positive way.
Through interactive and engaging activities, students learn effective communication, empathy, conflict resolution and coping strategies.
Our goal is to empower students to become self-aware, confident, and responsible individuals who can navigate life's challenges with resilience and positivity.
CLEAN SLATE
Your Past does not Define your Future
The Clean Slate Programme aims to provide support to students at risk of permanent exclusion and to help them get back on track towards academic and personal success. It is a collaborative effort between the student, their parents or guardians, and the school, with the goal of addressing the root causes of the student's behaviour and helping them overcome any challenges they may be facing.
The programme is designed for students who have developed negative or destructive behaviour patterns and are in need of intensive support to get back on track.
REINTEGRATION
Little by little, day by day, better and better
The Reintegration programme provides a structured approach to help the student successfully transition back into the school environment and ensures that all parties are involved in the process. This includes support in the classroom, one-on-one support, and regular communication between teachers, parents, and the student to promote positive behavior and academic progress.
SWERVE
Change or cause to change direction suddenly
SWERVE provides students with knowledge and information that helps to raise their awareness of the dangers and consequences of negative behaviours, as well as promoting positive attitudes and relationships.
The aim is to prevent students from engaging in risky behaviours and help them make informed decisions about their lives.
STRENGTH-BASED PROGRAMME
Creating A Better Tomorrow
Strength Based group work is designed to support students in their adolescent years and help them navigate through this challenging period of their lives.
The program focuses on addressing gender-based definitions and behaviours, and helps students build their self-confidence and find their inherent worth, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling and positive life both individually and as a group.
This program is suitable for students with a range of backgrounds, including those who are not at risk, those with elevated risk, and those who have developed negative or destructive behavior patterns.
