GROUP WORK

Committed to Enriching the Lives of Youth

The aim of our group work is to encourage the positive development of young people by providing them with opportunities to reflect on their experiences, share their thoughts and feelings with their peers, and learn new skills and ways of thinking.

Our programmes are delivered by experienced and qualified facilitators who work closely with the students to help them feel heard, understood, and supported.

The workshops also provide a safe and confidential space where students can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment.

By participating in our group work, students are given the chance to build positive relationships with their peers, improve their communication and interpersonal skills, and develop a sense of self-awareness and self-esteem.

These skills and experiences can help them to better manage the challenges they face in their daily lives, and to achieve their full potential.

Our staff are highly skilled who possess a good understanding of group dynamics and interpersonal relationships and an ability to motivate, empathise and engage with challenging students.

EMOTIONS MANAGEMENT

The Emotions Management programme seeks to help students understand their emotions, thoughts and behaviour.

The programme helps students recognise their feelings, think about the consequences of their behaviour, and find appropriate ways of coping with and expressing their emotions. It also encourages students to develop healthy relationships with others, build self-esteem and resilience, and identify the positive aspects of their personality and strengths.

The goal is to empower students to become confident and successful individuals who are able to navigate their way through life with a sense of purpose and direction.
